The room was pristine and spacious. the private onsen and ocean view made it so relaxing. enjoyed the extensive breakfast with a fresh squeezed OJ machine and fun pancake maker!

The hotel is situated in an ideal location that provides easy access to

the beach and shopping district. The modern design paired with the serene atmosphere makes it a perfect getaway. Our stay was most memorable due to the breathtaking ocean views from our private balcony and the delightful onsen experience, although the walk back to the station was quite steep.

Everything about my stay was fantastic! The room with an open-air bath had gorgeous ocean views, and lounging on the balcony with complimentary sparkling wine was a treat. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff even surprised us with a celebration cake for our anniversary. A perfect getaway!

A shuttle service to Atami station would have been helpful!!! The walk to the hotel involves navigating steep terrain that isn't the most enjoyable. The lounge could use more engaging evening entertainment instead of repetitive hotel promos!!!

noisy surroundings

the beach view was almost nice, but I doubt anyone cares without adequate service. oh, and the late-night noise was unbearable, but who needs a restful sleep. I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn’t, given the lack of everything.

our stay at pearl star hotel atami was fantastic! the superior twin room was not only spacious but also featured an open-air bath with breathtaking ocean views. we loved the dining room, where breakfast was super delicious and the stunning views made it even better.
